Custom Baseball Uniforms

Complete Sportswear offers a wide variety of adult, women and youth baseball uniforms. The uniforms shown on our web pages do not include the team name, numbers or any other customization. You can order the uniforms and have the team name and numbers added locally or you can take advantage of Complete Sportswear’s customization service. It takes approximately two weeks for custom baseball uniforms plus shipping time. You can expect to have your customized uniforms delivered in less than than three weeks.

STEPS FOR ORDERING CUSTOM BASEBALL UNIFORMS

• First, select a uniform style and color from our baseball uniform section
• Determine the size for each uniform that you are ordering.
• Next, decide on the placement and color of all customization. Typically a 6” or 8” one color number is placed on the back of the jersey and a team name and smaller number is placed on the front of the jersey. Player names, logos and sponsor names may also be added.
• The customization choices are many and costs, fonts and different methods of customization can be seen on our customization page.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR CUSTOMIZATION

On pullover jerseys and two button jerseys, the team name can be applied by silkscreen. When a 6-button jersey is ordered, any team name placed across the buttons require tackle twill. Tackle twill is a heat set fabric number or letter that is then sewed with a zig zag stitch around the outside edges of the number or letter. Tackle twill is the most common method of customization on high end baseball jerseys.

Numbers on the front and back should be thermofilm if the team name is silkscreened. If the team name uses tackle twill, the numbers should also be tackle twill.

Most customization is done in one color. If 2-color customization is needed, the costs will be double.

Embroidery is generally not used on baseball uniforms except on baseball caps or half chest logos.

The choices of what can be done to customize a baseball uniform are almost endless. Regardless you should check with your league officials to assure compliance related to size and placement of all names, numbers, etc.
