Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by product. Items from stock ship in 24 hours. Stock items shipped from our factories usually ship in approximately 2 working days. Custom cheerleading uniform delivery times depend on the time of year and season being ordered. Please call for estimated delivery. The addition of silk-screening, names and numbers generally add 2 weeks to the delivery time. All items are price based on UPS ground transit.

      mailing Priority Express via Us Postal Service
    • Shipping costs for orders over $5,000 will be $192 plus 3% of order valued over 5,000

Complete Sportswear Inc. carries only top quality, name brand merchandise. Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship.
We charge 15% for restocking on any returned items if replacement product is not ordered.

Shoe exchanges can be made within 14 days at no charge for team orders. Must return in new condition & in original unmarked box.

Custom orders in process cannot be canceled or returned.  

All international orders are to be paid in US Currency.  Quoted prices include shipping but do not include any taxes, tariff or duties assessed at point of delivery.

All delivery schedules are projected.  We assume no liability for delays to make delivery due to conditions over which we have no control, including the delays of carriers, accidents, strikes or any other unavoidable cause.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, signed school purchase orders, a signed Authorization Letter for High Schools or cashiers upon delivery, add 2% late charge per month over 30 days. First time school purchase orders over $1,000.00 require 50% deposit.
